Tax Trustee Admin interim role - 4 months.
Work for a well established firm based in the centre of London, close to amenities.
Purpose:
Trustee Admin role
* Extracting the relevant information from documents to establish theВ Institutions Trustee responsibilities and write a summary of them.
* Update and maintain computer records of Trustee appointments.
* Review covenant & compliance documentation that are received to ensure that they comply with the transaction documents.
* Review other documentation that is received for possible problems and escalate where necessary.
* Maintain a diary system for receipt of documents.
* Chase for outstanding/overdue covenant & compliance documents.
* Respond to enquiries from amongst others, Issuers, Investors, Clearing Systems, and Lawyers.
* Liaise with other areas of theВ InstitutionВ in relation to Trustee issues.
* Clearing up back logs and updating records
We are looking for someone who has a good grasp of spreadsheets and preferably with a degree.
