This is a newly created Transfer Pricing Manager role for one the largest Financial Services groups in the world. The business is well established in the UK as well Europe, the US and Asia. With continued success in expanding into new markets and territories the International Tax Team has a need for a newly created Transfer Pricing Manager position.
The role
Based within the European Tax function and reporting to the head of the department you will be part of the team that takes responsibility for all UK and European transfer pricing issues. More specifically you will take responsibility for:
• A full strategic transfer pricing review plan for the region, identifying key areas to mitigate transfer pricing risk.
• Handling all ad hoc internal and external transfer pricing queries both on a domestic and international basis.
• Working closely with the rest of the business to understand relevant expectations in establishing appropriate transfer pricing solutions to the business requirements.
• Monitoring implementation of the group transfer pricing polices.
• Producing and championing best practice controls and documentation standards.
The candidate requirements
You will be ACA or CTA qualified ideally with a solid body of experience in transfer pricing. Experience in Financial Services (in house) will be an advantage however, candidates who are currently in practice but working with FS clients will also be considered. Indeed, transfer pricing professionals from Industry and Commerce will also be considered if they have a strong track record in transfer pricing.
