With an 18 strong team led by 2 Partners the team provides expert advice on all aspects of transfer pricing including documentation, defence and planning. Particular focus areas for the team are Business Model Optimisation, transfer pricing for Intellectual Property and the transfer pricing of debt.
The role
- Assisting in the development of transfer pricing design, compliance and audit defence strategies
- Drafting transfer pricing reports including economic and financial analyses to support the client's position with HM tax authorities
- Development of comparability analyses
- Supporting the Transfer Pricing Practice through the development of new services and analytical tools, and the assumption of practice management responsibilities
