This role would sit within the Tax Litigation team who are highly regarded within the legal community and you will be working with some of the leading Partners based in Melbourne. This is an ideal opportunity for you to sharpen your skills under expert leadership and gain broader high-level experience. You must be confident in building strong relationships with clients and gaining their trust and loyalty through the quality of your work. You will be engaging with a diverse client base on high-profile, quality matters being involved very early on in the process from pre-litigation through to resolution; consulting on transactional and strategic issues to reduce risk, development of policies, managing investigations, conducting interviews, negotiating with the tax authorities to resolve disputes efficiently & favourably and litigation support within the Courts if necessary.
