Essential Functions:
* Reporting & Compliance:
o Implementation of appropriate income tax and VAT compliance & controllership processes
o Review/preparation of Quarterly & Annual US GAAP reporting for taxes
o Manage Quarterly & Annual Tax account reconciliation processes
* Take control of various tax projects, eg;
o Simplify the legal entity structure while maintaining UK and US tax benefits
o Support European Transfer pricing initiatives
* Budgeting and Monthly, Quarterly actual reporting:
o Manage Tax FP&A Process
o Lead Tax budgeting sessions
About you:
* Minimum four years of tax controllership experience
* Strong technical accounting expertise - US and UK GAAP, IFRS/IAS
* Ideally a Chartered Accountant
* Proven ability to work effectively with all parts of a business
* Able to foster functional and technical excellence, show initiative and deliver results
