Our client is a successful growing tax boutique. They are looking for a tax trained business development manager to approach new and existing clients, targets and referrers and to develop a relationship with the key individuals within those organisations. It is likely that you will have trained in tax in a large or medium sized accountancy or law firm and will have had experience of selling technical work, particularly share schemes, capital taxes, SDLT, IHT and/or corporate tax advisory work. It would also be advantageous if you had an existing network of work referrers and intermediaries but this is not a prerequisite, what is more important is your enthusiasm for meeting new people and generating new business. This is a friendly firm offering a generous remuneration package which includes a commission element.
