A fantastic opportunity has become available in a leading national CA firm’s specialist taxation consulting division- offering a real option outside of the Big 4.
With a secure client base, our client has experienced increased annual growth, and their services are in high demand giving rise to great opportunities in their team, both in terms of exciting work and career growth. You will have the opportunity to utilise your previous experience in providing expert tax advice to a broad range of clients, whilst working in a vibrant and dynamic team of individuals. Our client offers the best in work life balance, compared to the long hours worked in some of the bigger firms.
In addition a great work life balance, you will be working with some of the state’s leading corporate and high growth entrepreneurs which means the scope of the work will be as technically challenging as at the larger firms, but more holistic and definitely less compliance focused. You will also be working in a smaller team which will allow you to mentor and guide more junior staff as well as the opportunity to work closely with partners on a day to day basis, learning as you do so. The team structure is also less rigid and the office culture is relaxed whilst maintaining a professional edge.
To be considered for this option, previous Australian Tax experience is essential and you will have at least 2 years+ experience gained in a leading Big 4, mid tier CA or law firm. You will also be part or fully qualified CA, LLB, Masters of Taxation or other relevant qualification, with a proven record of building and maintaining excellent relationships and you will have exceptional interpersonal and writing skills.
