This newly developed role sits in the well established tax team of my FTSE client based in London. The main responsibilities of the role are the provision of proactive corporate tax advice and support to the International business.
The role will be split between corporate tax forecasting and reporting and corporate tax advisory and the split will be dependant on past experience and business needs. The role will involve UK and international tax.
Suitable candidates are likely to have some or all of the following:
- ACA and/or CTA qualification
- Detailed knowledge of the processes and tools for tax reporting
- Experience of IFRS accounting and good knowledge of relevant standards
- Developing and implementing tax saving ideas
- International tax work, including DTR, residence, transfer pricing and tax treaties.
- Treasury experience including structured financing and capital raising.
- International tax, particularly DTR, residence, transfer pricing and tax treaties
You are likely to have gained experience of working at Tax Manager Level or equivalent.
Experience of Western Europe tax regimes would be preferable
