A client-facing role as a Reward SeniorВ Associate has opened up due to the expansion of the rewardВ consultingВ team in this Big 4 firm. TheВ divisionВ is involved in the reward process from beginning to end from design through to detailed implementation.

You will help in the design and implementation of both domestic and international incentive plans for national and global clients as well as assisting companies with the ongoing operation of their plans. You will be responsible for advising UK and international clients on all aspects of share and other incentive plans with the client base ranging from private to publicly listed companies.

The focus of the role will lie in delivering the highest possible quality of service to clients and will involve youВ being a main point of contact to them.В Developing strong relationships internally between HR and finance teams will be an essential part of this role.

To be considered for thisВ position you will not need to have reward based experience but will be a qualified professional inВ either the legal or tax fields. Any rewardВ or share scheme based experience is howeverВ preferable. Strong communication skills and previous client facing experience are a must, as you will be representing the firm in all correspondence that you have with clients. If you have all of these characteristics and are looking for career progression in the Big 4 then this is an opportunity that you must not miss.
