This Internationally renowned accounting firm based in London is looking to take on a Manager into their Reward team which sits in their wider Human Capital group.
The Reward team is responsible for advising on compensation and benefits, reward, share schemes and other associated areas of remuneration and employment taxes. They are a small but senior team, providing excellent opportunities for learning and development with support from experienced professionals in this field but still allow for autonomy and the freedom to work independently.
Their client focus is varied ranging from small high growth OMBs to large listed clients in a range of sectors with the majority of their work coming from share schemes, which is a rapidly expanding area of business, not only for this firm but also in the industry in general. Their workload also includes transaction based enquiries opening up the successful applicant to be involved in private client focused projects and executive compensation calculations.
While previous experience in this field is preferred, it is not essential. This is a progressive and expanding team who are planning their recruitment of a Manager with long term plans in mind and therefore are looking for promising characters rather than experienced, technical experts. This role will focus on client interaction and business development; therefore confidence and a drive to succeed are essential character features for this position.
