This blue chip Investment Management Firm requires a VAT specialist to work in their Real Estate arm.
You will have responsibility for the provision of high quality Real Estate VAT advisory and compliance services to Group Real Estate and the Asset Manager Business Unit.

Main responsibilities:
В· Manage the VAT return compliance cycle.
В· Provide VAT input into major property transactions
В· Support the VAT manager in ensuring that VAT elements of the Group Tax Risk management Framework are embedded.
В· To review and amend as necessary the property manual in light of emerging legislation.
В· Manage all property/asset management related queries.

You will ideally have the CTA qualification and extensive property & VAT experience is essential.
