Our client is a Big 4 firm with a rapidly expanding M&A tax practice. A sharp increase in deal flow has resulted in a need to add to the team with an experienced Manager and Senior Manager.
The Role:
The successful candidates will play key roles working with both corporates and private equity houses gaining exposure to all aspects of the deal cycle including corporate tax planning, cross border M&A, private equity transactions and post merger integration.
The Person:
You will be ACA qualified or equivalent and have excellent transactional tax experience gained in a professional services firm.
In addition you will possess the following attributes:
Strong desire to advance your career
Track record of providing tax advice to international clients
First rate client relationship skills
High degree of commercial awareness
Excellent staff management and coaching experience
Team player
Very good project management skills and an ability to manage own workload
