* Prepare, review, and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reconciliations and reports
* Validate changes in Federal, State and Local tax regulations and disseminate information to appropriate payroll department
* Identify process and system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Perform reconciliations for past payroll tax filings to mitigate imposition of penalties
* Create, review, and approve internal and external Payroll Tax correspondence
* Contribute to the year-end schedule, review and balance of W-2 test runs
* Analysis relocation information received from the Finance Department on a quarterly basis for accuracy (taxable and non-taxable)
* Post all payroll taxes to the General ledger, and reconcile payroll taxes on a monthly basis
Required Skills
* 2+ years of Payroll Tax experience
* Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Tax
* Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication
* BA or BS degree
