We're looking for a high-energy, innovative marketing professional on contract for approximately 12 months.
The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the BC Region Managing Partner, leadership team and others to develop and implement innovative industry-focused marketing plans, strategies and tactics which align with the business priorities of PwC's BC Region practice.
You will work independently and also collaborate with PwC's regional and national marketing and communications teams. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, BC Region.
Key attributes:
The preferred candidate for this role will have an undergraduate degree in marketing or business, or a post-graduate specialization along with at least ten years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment. Preference will be given to those applicants with demonstrated success in developing and delivering innovative marketing strategies and tactics from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with internal and external senior decision makers and possess the ability to effectively deliver measureable marketing programs that align with business goals.
The position requires a detail-oriented self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, corporate environment, while still managing multiple priorities to deadline. Experience working in teams and understanding how to effectively engage, motivate and lead teams without direct management accountability is a desired skill. A solid knowledge of professional services marketing best practices, application of emerging technologies and social media in marketing is required. Understanding regional business issues and trends will be an asset.
