The marketleaders in M&A Tax are offering a fantastic opportunity for a manager and senior manager to join their expanding team. This team has a highly respected practice and will offer you the change to get involved in high quality advisory work for Top 15 of Private Equity houses on an exclusive basis.

In this role you will be providing advice on all tax issues involved and be looking after the full transaction cycle from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be ACA/CTA qualified and be an experienced manager or senior manager with Big 4 experience. You will have extensive experience of M&A tax advice and exposure to working with Private equity groups.
