Maersk Drilling, Maersk FPSOs & Maersk Supply Service are three divisions of the AP.Moller Maresk Group operating a large fleet of drilling rigs, FPSOs and supply ships servicing many of the oil majors in the North Sea, GoM, Brazil, West Africa and Asia/Oceania.
The Global Tax Director for Maersk Drilling, Maersk FPSOs and Maersk Supply Service now has a need for two International Tax Managers to be the in -house tax expert for Maersk Drilling and Maersk Supply Services respectively.
Reporting to the Tax Director you will:
*Work closely with commercial department and other stakeholders to prepare relevant tax information and robust and efficient set ups
*Leading on Tax Audits
*Working closely with finance department and other stakeholders to provide relevant tax numbers
*Arrange for local assistance in various jurisdictions
*Monitor local compliance in various jurisdictions
*From time to time handle local reporting requirements
*Tax Risk Management and ETR calculation
*Liaise with commercial department and other stakeholders to always be up to speed on developments and business opportunities
*Liaise with relevant stakeholders to structure our overseas operations
*Liaising with finance department, local advisers and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and timely reporting of tax information
*Be up to date with international tax developments
*Other ad hoc tasks related to global tax matters
Requirements
*Degree in law, tax audit, accountancy or similar educational background.
*Minimum of 3 years International Tax experience
*Tax Audit experience is essential
*Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Effective communicator
*Self-motivated
*Commercial mindset
