The Role:
As an Interim International Tax Manager you will be ensuring the business transacts in the most complaint and tax efficient manner to allow the organisation to compete effectively during a 6-month period of significant overseas activity.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting finance and stakeholders to understand the transfer price implications of transactions.
• Working alongside the relevant teams in global tax planning
• Managing some major transition projects.
• Head office recharging in relation to the business undergoing a significant amount of off shoring.
• Analyse and prepare economic and financial data.
• Ad hoc projects
The Person:
The successful candidate will more than likely be an ACA/CTA or hold another relevant tax qualification. However, these qualifications are not essential if you can demonstrate a strong academic record with sufficient specialist experience in international tax within a global organization.
Problem solving and strong analysis skills are essential as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
