The Group is now looking to appoint a Head of Tax & Treasury to support its expanding operations. This is a newly created role for the business and will report to the Group Finance Director. This is an excellent
opportunity to develop a role in a fast growing international business.
Your responsibilities will include:
The oversight and further development of the Group Tax and Treasury functions.
The review and implementation of effective and robust Tax and Treasury policies and procedures.
Responsibility for all aspects of the GroupВ’s Tax affairs including planning, advisory, compliance and
accounting matters.
Responsibility for Tax and Treasury aspects of any re-financing initiatives in addition to leading any future
acquisitions, refinancing and private placement.
Managing the GroupВ’s position with regard to foreign currency, interest rate exposures and Group Treasury
internal reporting.
Working and liaising closely with finance, HR and legal teams in addition to external advisers.
The successful candidate will preferably be ACA/CTA qualified with a strong UK and international tax
background and ideally will have had exposure to treasury issues. Proactive, positive and motivated by nature
you must be a strong communicator able to build excellent working relationships across all levels of the business, with a demonstrable track record of driving change into a business.
