This world leading investment bank is looking to add to its Investment Products Tax group which is responsible for the delivery of tax services to various investment products including investment funds, private equity, real estate, hedge funds and other alternative investment products.
You will be part of the group that provides transactions tax support to tax planning, compliance, accounting and audit to the products.
You will report to the Head of IPTax Germany and be responsible for providing tax support to the various inbound and outbound German funds and real estate investments, coordinate tax advice with external advisors, monitor and review tax structures, provide day to day tax support to product development and asset management teams and review tax assumptions in underwriting models and tax due diligence assistance.
Based in Frankfurt you will be fluent in German & English, have experience in international taxation of real estate, experience in international asset management/funds taxation and have a broad knowledge of international US tax concepts.
