This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager to join a cutting edge and market-leading Big 4 Asset Finance and Leasing team. Working as part of the Financial Services tax team, clients include major FTSE 100 and global companies, as well as specialist financial services and commercial companies.
Their services to the sector are varied and they have recently developed new offerings and specialisms to cater for the diversification of this sector in these exciting times. The types of work they do ranges from mergers and acquisitions advice, lease accounting advice and lease evaluation work to audit and compliance services and the opportunity to get involved in bank focused work such as proprietary trade structures, treasury based ideas, international structuring, advice on acquisitions and disposals and advice on distressed debt.
The right person will be ACA and/or CTA qualified and have strong Corporate Tax experience. You ideally will be working for another Big 4 and looking for a Senior Manager position. However, qualified individuals from the Financial Services or Legal sectors will also be considered.
This role is perfect if you enjoy M&A work, have strong Corporate Tax knowledge and are looking for a sector that offers constant challenge, very diverse work and a clear career path to Director and Partner levels.
