A leading global banking group is currently looking to recruit a Senior Tax Manager to sit within their International Tax Division. The main focus of this role will be to focus on Tax technical and transaction advice relating to M&A work, transactional advice and documentation from a tax perspective. You will also be tasked with monitoring Transfer Pricing methodologies and making sure all documentation is up to date.
This is a newly created role where it requires you to have excellent experience across various international tax legislations, having spent time advising on M&A deals from a tax perspective, coming from a tax accounting or compliance background would be highly advantageous as you will sit in a small team and having that technical background is crucial.
The business is looking to fill this role ASAP but only for the right candidate with the right skill set. You will ideally have the ACA or ACCA qualification and being CTA qualified would be highly advantageous, as well as having experience within the financial services sector.
