As an Employment Tax specialist, you will:
В· Provide an employment tax consulting service to clients, relating to PAYE, NIC, remuneration planning, salary sacrifice, terminations / redundancies, and restructuring/ transaction issues;
В· Contribute to the growth of the practice by assisting with business development initiatives;
В· Manage less experienced colleagues, including delegating work, training and development and appraisals.
To qualify, you will have:

A working knowledge of UK employment tax;
* Experience of dealing with clients (internal or external);
*
A practical approach to problem solving;
*
Experience of managing, coaching and developing less experienced staff.
