As an Assistant Manager in our Corporate Tax group you will have ample opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge across the wider business tax area. Your role is truly varied involving a range of tax aspects including M&A, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning. This means you will have the opportunity to enhance your generalist technical skills and knowledge, without being restricted to one area .

As an Assistant Manager you would be assigned your own portfolio of clients which will allow you to take ownership of your workload, whilst delivering great service to a variety of businesses.

The role involves:
* Providing tax technical advice in a variety of scenarios, which could include transfer pricing, M&A and cross border transactions
* Review and preparation of UK corporation tax returns
* Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements
* Assisting with international tax advice and large scale tax advisory projects
To be considered you must possess:
* ACA/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
* Experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues. We would also accept applications from qualified individuals with experience of other disciplines (eg audit) in a Big Four environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
