This role will provide you with exposure to a variety of projects, which will enhance your client management and tax technical skills. This position within the corporate tax group, will allow you to look after an assigned client portfolio, which you will take ownership of and provide both advisory and compliance expertise to. You will broaden your knowledge with exposure to a range of tax aspects including mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning. Further to this you will:
· Review and prepare corporate tax returns.
· Calculate tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements.
· Assist with international tax advice.
· Assist with large-scale tax advisory projects.
For this role you will be experienced in advising UK corporate tax clients and ideally be ACA or CTA qualified.
